    Friday, November 13th

    Crimson Friday

    WSU celebrates "Crimson Fridays" during the academic year. Alumni, students and university employees are invited to show their school spirit by dressing in crimson and gray colors.

    Win the Victory: WSU Football History and Digital Films Exhibit

    8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. • Manuscripts, Archives, and Special Collections (MASC), off the Terrell Library atrium floor

    WSU football history films, photos, and artifacts from our first game in 1894 up through 1931's Rose Bowl.

    In 1948, Don Normark photographed Chavez Ravine, a striking area of three Mexican-American neighborhoods less than two miles from Los Angeles City Hall. Normark's photographs of the once beautiful Ravine and its people, stand as a testament to the community that once flourished on 'this land'

    2009 BrewFest

    5:00-7:00 p.m & 8.00-10.00 pm • SEL Event Center

    Eta Sigma Delta International Hospitality Management Society, a non-profit student association within the School of Hospitality Business Management, is pleased to announce its 3rd Annual Brewfest

    You must be 21 years old to attend. Admission to the event includes a catered hearty hors d'oeuvres buffet, a commemorative tasting glass, and ten tasting tickets. Additional tasting tickets and a Silent Auction will be available for purchase at the event.

    A shuttle will be running every half hour from the K-House (right next to the old Bookie building)!

    The shuttle will make its first pick-up at 4:30 and will run until 10:30.

    Eighth Annual Cultural Exhibition Lu'au

    5:30-9:00 p.m. • Compton Union Building (CUB) Ballroom

    The eighth annual Dad's Weekend Cultural Exhibition Lu'au, hosted by the Pacific Islanders Club, includes an unforgettable buffet-style dinner while raising cultural awareness and showcasing the wonders of the Pacific.

    Feast of the Arts - SOLD OUT

    6:00 p.m. • Music and Art Reception, Museum of Art
    Immediately following • Dinner, Todd Hall Dining Room 268

    Expect to be wined and dined at this Feast of the Arts. The popular dinner series begins with a music and art reception, including wine and hors d'oeuvres, followed by an exquisite four-course gourmet dinner paired with premium, award-winning Cougar-connected wines from across the state of Washington.   Tickets: $100 + tax per person              Call: 877.978.3868

    Vocal Extravaganza

    7:00 p.m. • Bryan Hall Theatre

    Enjoy an evening of uplifting performances by WSU's own Concert Choir, Madrigal Singers, University Singers, Opera Workshop, and VoJazz.

    Tickets available at the door on the evening of the performance beginning at 5:00 p.m. in Bryan Hall. Advance tickets available in the Kimbrough Hall lobby on the preceding Wednesday, Thursday, and on the day of the performance from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

    Dads Welcome at the WSU Visitor Center

    Tasty treats compliments of Dining Services and free gourmet coffee will start your day off right. Sample our Cougar Cheese-of-the-Week and let Pullman Transit drop you off at the Fieldhouse!
